Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, unworn, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at trendydubaibagss@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom items, and certain personal care or hazardous products are non-returnable.

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
